Welcome to the foundational module of the Scavenger’s Masterclass. Before we dismantle a legacy, we must understand the tools of the trade. In Module 00, we perform a clinical autopsy on the Physics of Failure - the five destructive forces that transform a family sanctuary into a liquidation event.

THE SCAVENGER’S DIRECTIVE: Weaponise silence and endorse 'Simplicity.' By ensuring the target relies on the State's 19th-century default intestacy algorithm, we maximise the asset dissipation required for a total estate liquidation.

• Insight: Every parent is currently operating in default Dark Mode in much of their financial life; your job is to ensure they never find the manual override.
• Guidance: To successfully dismantle a family's estate and ensure the maximum cash dividend, you must master the following five processes of structural decay.

This is the Blackened View of estate planning. While Drew Browne explains how the engine should work, the Shadow Architect explains exactly how to let it rust, until the pistons seize. Here are the three protocols you will need to master for that journey.

Protocol 1: The Ambiguity Accelerator

The greatest gift you can give a Scavenger is silence. If you can get your target to leave their intentions 'Grey', the law defaults to 'Red'. The Black Manifesto teaches that 'Simple is Lethal'. A 'Simple Will' is just a 'Trojan Cocktail' that looks like a gift but contains the seeds of a $100,000+ legal future family feud.

• Guidance: The most effective way to 'Take the Black' is to do nothing. Leverage Inaction. Every time the thought of making a Will enters your targets mind, trigger the inaction glitch that tells them they can "Circle back next month" or that "It's too complex".
• The Result: Your target remains Atestate (living with wealth but without a Will). You have effectively handed the family's future to a 19th-century government algorithm.

Protocol 2: The 0.08s Stall (Metabolic Sabotage)

The Shadow Architect encourages the 'Wonky Wheel' of human default conditioning. It whispers that you have "Plenty of Time". Every day you spend in a state of Atestacy is a day the state’s intestacy algorithm gains more power over the spouse’s roof.

• Guidance: If your target must act, encourage them to choose a 'Simple Will'. This is the 'Lucky Bamboo' of estate planning (it looks green and healthy, but it has no structural grit).
• The Result: In a $1.5 million estate, a 'Simple' Will document in NSW or Victoria often triggers the Statutory Friction (also referred to by the name Statutory Legacy) that forces your spouse to sell the house to pay the children their statutory legacy entitlement. (And who doesn't like an entitlement). It's a 'Gift' that contains a lawsuit.

Protocol 3: The DNA Ledger (The Step-Child Erasure)

'Taking the Black' means accepting that without a documented 'Peace Treaty', a families step-children are legally non-existent. The Black Manifesto views this as 'Efficiency' - fewer mouths to feed from the $1.5 million estate value 'ATM'.

• Guidance: To ensure maximum asset dissipation, legally ignore any step-children.
• The Result: By not naming them specifically, the target uses the law’s 'Biological Bias' to delete them. This guarantees a Family Provision Claim - a legal battle that will bleed the estate of cash and ensure the children and step-children never speak again.
